the last time real madrid won the spanish cup was the year before raul was promoted to the first team, so he, guti and iker had never won a domestic cup. the year after raul and guti left, iker lifted his first copa del rey—and that same spring in germany and turkey, raul and guti won their domestic cups. funny how that works out :)
