Republican Congressman Louie Gohmert, of Texas, who we may remember coined what was probably the most underhandedly racist phrase of the decade (terror babies) speaks out against the repeal of DADT saying:
When militaries throughout history of the greatest nations in the world have adopted the policy that it’s fine for homosexuality to be overt…they’re toward the end of its existence as a great nation.
Of course, in typical bigot fashion, Rep. Gohmert offered no evidence for his wreckless declaration.
